Stainless steel worktops offer great flexibility in designing the kitchen environment. Thicknesses can vary from a minimum of 0.4 cm up to higher thicknesses – 13 cm. The stainless steel top ensures maximum integration with hobs and sink basins, which can be welded to the top as per the required positioning specifications, so as to form a single block.
Laminate worktops have always ensured practical use. Through careful selection of laminates, we have identified the decorative elements that go best with our kitchen schemes. kitchen programs. The choice can range from classic solid colours with a smooth finish to more particular laminates with a stone finish, to new decorative wood and cement that are also well suited to producing cantilevered snack counters and worktops. Thicknesses of 20, 40 and 60 mm are available.
Veneered snack tops help give the kitchen environment warmth, and can go well with all types of fronts offered in our range (laminate, wood, lacquer and glass). Particularly noteworthy are the knotted oak counters; produced thanks to careful selection of the wood used for the veneer and special varnishing, they are characterised by visible knots on the surface, offering an aged wood effect with a considerable aesthetic impact. The way these solutions contrast with the modern design of our schemes can provide stylistic cues for truly exclusive settings.
In contrast to the wooden tops, the lacquered tops stand out for their minimal appearance, especially in the matt version. The choice of color can range without limits, so as to allow interesting games of contrasts with the finishes of the furniture and give the entire kitchen furniture original and truly personalized atmospheres.
Nova Cucina’s handleless kitchen provides maximum neatness and linearity in kitchen design, eliminating the handle and replacing it with an aluminium groove profile. Initially only presented in combination with certain models in the range, today the groove profile can be combined with almost all the schemes offered. The aluminium profile is available in various finishes: matt aluminium, white lacquer, matt black lacquer and matt lacquer in the door colour. This ensures the perfect match for the skirting and endless possibilities for colour combinations with the kitchen fronts.
Flat groove, linear profile (M992) – M992 is the new aluminium profile for kitchen furniture, created to go with the flat groove system. The profile is inserted in the inner part of the kitchen door, horizontally (for the bases) and vertically (for the columns), as imposed by the aluminium profile of the flat groove. This allows maximum aesthetic linearity for the entire kitchen environment, combining the minimal style of a handleless kitchen with the practical opening provided by the recessed handle on the inside of the kitchen front.
As with all groove systems offered by Nova Cucina, M992 is compatible with all modern kitchen models, the only constraint being the thickness of the door (22 mm). Flat groove with 30° inclined edge door – The flat groove can be combined with a kitchen front with a 30° inclined edge that ensures the grip for the kitchen cabinet opening and simultaneously gives the kitchen environment an aesthetic effect, minimalist and precise in every detail. The kitchen door with a 30° inclined edge is available for the Way, Fenix and Infinity schemes (the latter limited to the Colour Matt Laminate and Nordic Wood Laminate finishes).
Flat groove / recessed handle (M991) – the new furniture system with grooves that Nova Cucina offers as an alternative to the classic groove system. In this case, the grip on the front is provided by the handle (M991) inserted on the inner part of the door itself. This type of opening makes it possible to combine the aesthetic effect of the aluminium profile integrated in the furniture with the grip of the recessed handle on the front. The choice of handle is an important detail in designing your kitchen, giving you great scope to characterise the identity of the composition, thereby contributing to its personalisation. The range of handles selected by Nova Cucina gives you the opportunity to choose between different materials and finishes (chrome, satin, aluminium), as well as the option to choose between fixed or variable handles.
The profile handle (M802) is the new aluminium profile for kitchen furniture which Novacucina has developed as an alternative solution to the classic groove profile. In this case we can talk about a “door with a groove”, because the aluminium profile is inserted in the kitchen front. This new opening system also allows some advantages in the design phase: the aluminium profile is always inserted horizontally, including on column furniture, so as not to lose 3 or 5 cm in the overall dimensions of the vertical groove profile.
